Noble House is a unique architectural gem by the sea. Its design is a series of airy pavilions with peaked roofs, its living spaces separated by water gardens and bridges. Indoor spaces flow into the outdoors with Oriental grace. Rooms are walled by tall mahogany French doors that open to private porches. Ceiling fans are throughout.
The 600-square-foot main pavilion consists of the Great Room with glass doors on all sides and a massive wrap-around veranda on floors of gleaming white Jamaican marble. Outside the Great Room, you will find the media room, Like the Great Room, the media room has wrap-around glass doors that open to the mesmerizing panorama of gardens and ocean views. Adjacent are a full bar and powder room.
The sprawling grounds are like both a park and a playing field. The gardens include a wild orchid tree, two mango trees, one lime tree, and a beautiful breadfruit tree. The wide lawns are home to croquet, badminton, and volleyball.
100 yards offshore is Holden's Reef, a continuation of the barrier reef complex that fronts much of Jamaica's north coast. Easily reachable by kayak, this live reef is home to a myriad of tropical fish and corals. At low tide, portions protrude above the water so you can step from your kayak to snorkel in shallow water. Two paddle boards are also available for additional water sports options.
Noble House shares eight acres on the sea with deluxe neighboring villas Serenity and Tranquillity on the Beach. Combining these 3 homes creates a 15-bedroom compound with 3 pools, 1 tennis court, 1 basketball hoop, a long beachfront, and a staff of 19. This remarkable waterfront trio is a favorite for family reunions. All 3 villas are very private from each other, extremely family-friendly, and welcome children.

Pool Cottage – Bedroom 4 + Additional twin Bedroom - 2,000 square feet
Air-conditioned Pool Cottage includes a living room and French doors to the pool terrace.
Bedroom 4 - King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and small sea-facing patio.
Bedroom 5 - The small king/twin bedroom has its own full bathroom with a shower accessed through the living room. It can accommodate two additional guests bringing the total sleeping accommodations in Noble House to ten. (Additional fee applies)
Additional Information
Please note: Noble House is located on a beautiful stretch of beach however the beach may encounter increased seaweed or reduced water clarity during the rainy seasons in May and October, as well as due to fluctuating ocean currents and weather patterns.

We had an amazing stay at Noble House on the Beach. The house and grounds were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing. Nickroy and Jayden made sure we had what we needed at all times. They were always available to answer any questions we had or to just chat! Kevin was amazing. He made the meal planning easy. After the first discussion, we never had to make another decision. Kevin gave us a taste of traditional Jamaican cuisine. We will be trying to recreate the dishes at home with his advice! Hurga and her staff took care of our every need. Our rooms stayed clean and our laundry done. If we wanted to go play tennis, they made sure we had what we needed. When we went on an excursion, they would pack a bag with everything we needed to take with us. The staff thinks of everything. It was by far the most relaxing vacation I have ever had. I am not sure how we will be able to travel any other way after this incredible experience. This was the perfect way to spend celebrating our 40th birthday.

We truly enjoyed our time at the Noble House on the Beach. We thought the house was beautiful via the pictures but were excited to see the additional luxury the new owner added to the place when we arrived. The new Infinity pool with patio decking was OUTSTANDING, all the bathrooms were renovated and the Master Bath was SPA LIKE!!

I stayed at Noble House with a group of college girlfriends. We had such a wonderful time! Chef Kevin prepared traditional Jamaican dishes that we loved! Chris Roy and Jaylen kept us happy with rum concoctions and amazing place settings. The level of care we received from the entire team was perfect! We hired a driver for the week, but honestly, there isn’t much reason to leave the villa. It’s lovely and the staff is wonderful!!! I highly, highly recommend!

We just returned from our wonderful week at Noble House. None of the descriptions prepared us for this fabulous experience. We have never felt as pampered and cared for as we did this week.
As we were leaving, it felt as if we were leaving a family behind. Rodrick, Jerome, Ionie, Hurga, Vee and the rest of the staff had become friends during our week and it was difficult to leave them. We have already emailed a couple of times to send back pictures and let them know we had arrived home safely. They are wonderful people and do their jobs so well.
There were many highlights from the trip, but I think the food service was probably at the very top. Chef Jerome did an outstanding job of creating beautiful meals for us, even making sure there was something special for the kids every day. The place-settings were always lovely and well thought out. We will all need to lose a few pounds over the coming weeks as we get back to normal eating.
We had a great meal on the beach one evening to celebrate birthdays and our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Fresh lobster from the local fishermen and great steaks were just a part of the meal. Then the surprise was a beautiful birthday cake to top it off. It was a night to remember!!
Our family always felt secure at the house and on the road with our trusty driver, Benjie. We even got to know the security guards who made rounds to check on everything. And, of course, Rodrick kept a watchful eye on anyone who tried to approach from the beach. He seems to know everyone around the area, so we were able to set up a couple of fishing expeditions for the family with some of the locals, which was much less expensive than a charter fishing trip would have been.
The house staff was so accommodating, as well. Having our laundry just "show up" every day, wrapped in a beautiful cloth, topped with a flower, was the icing on the cake. Knowing that we had that service allowed us to pack lighter than normal. Since we had a baby with us, it really helped his mom keep plenty of clean clothes at all times.
The way the house is laid out was perfect. The pool house really fit our family's needs. My son and his wife and kids used the pool house, and the other adults used the main house. The staff even kept the air conditioning going during the day for the baby's naps.
We used the kayaks and the snorkel gear and the pool quite a bit. They even had lots of toys at the pool for the kids.
As for the other bedrooms and living spaces, we enjoyed them all. What can I say about the master bedroom? It was very lovely and the 2 separate master bathrooms was an added bonus. These were definitely 5-star accommodations, much nicer than we even imagined.
Thanks to you and all of your team for helping to make this one of the most memorable trips our family has ever taken. We all want to go back to Noble House some day.

The villa was amazing! Upon entering the beautiful arched and gated drive, we were met by the entire staff of 9 offering ice cold washcloths and rum punch, with the vibes of the Island playing on the stereo. The grounds are lush, green, and colorful with a profusion of flowers. The meals were to die for and served by Rodrick with such flare! While Europe was our planned vacation spot for 2014, we have all decided as a family that we are returning to Noble House instead. I honestly can say that all 6 of us from ages 6 to 84 feel that our fairy tales came true and that there is nowhere else as beautiful and peaceful as Noble House.

The villa was amazing! Upon entering the beautiful arched and gated drive, we were met by the entire staff of 9 offering ice cold washcloths and rum punch, with the vibes of the Island playing on the stereo. The grounds are lush, green, and colorful with a profusion of flowers. The meals were to die for and served by Rodrick with such flare! Our Stay. What can I say? It was terrific. When we pulled up to Villa, Iona kind of recognized the name but certainly knew us when she saw our faces. There were tears and hugs both ways. The staff was so good and polite. New friends were made with the new staff and our old friends, well just had to suffer along with us for 10 days. The staff really enjoyed doing our puzzles along with us. The band I brought in was a hit also with the staff and us as well, we all were dancing. All in all, it was just like revisiting our family. Our new couple was quite impressed and thought it was more than they expected. We will be back God willing. Just a side note: When we left our driver went around the circle 5 times to say goodbye to the staff. Teary eyes and waves of goodbye were certainly the themes for our departure, we heard cries of come back soon, we already miss you. Great Vacation.
