Located on a wide sandy beach, Sweet Spot is like a pretty jewel box next to the sea. Its remarkable location is the best of all worlds ... a 6,000-square-foot private home with a huge lawn and beach.
The interiors at Sweet Spot are brightly furnished and cheerful. French doors open wide to the lovely sea view. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have flat-screen TVs. However, you may wish to leave your doors open at night to hear the waves lapping on the beach. The DSS satellite system offers news, sports, movies, family and children's programming plus several music stations.
The large lawn is trimmed in colorful hibiscus, bougainvillea, shrimp flowers, oleander, banana trees, and stately coconut palms. The lawn is a great playground for children ... or merely enjoying the shade of the beautiful Cassia Fistula tree with its beautiful cascading bunches of yellow flowers.
Beyond the lawn is the 10,000-square-foot beach (not a private beach), clear water, and an excellent reef just 50 feet offshore. Sea kayaks, snorkeling equipment, and 2 paddle boards are complimentary. As a special evening treat, the staff will plan a poolside barbecue ... with chicken, ribs, chops, fish, or lobster ... or a nighttime bonfire on the beach.

Bedroom 1 (Lower Level)
Two double beds, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet. French doors open to an interior courtyard, pool, and lawn. The room is handicap accessible.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 (Upstairs)
King-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with tub-shower combination. French doors open to the balcony and gorgeous ocean view.
Bedroom 4 (Upstairs)
King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, bidet. French doors open to the balcony and gorgeous ocean view.
Bedrooms 5 & 6 (Upstairs)
King-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with tub-shower combination, bidet. The front bedroom has a door to the ocean-view balcony. The back bedroom has a garden view. Both adjoin air-conditioned study with stereo, television, computer, and Internet access.
Three bedrooms have closet safes for securing guest valuables.
Additional Information
Groceries can be ordered, delivered, and paid for via a credit card from the local grocery store. Alternatively, guests can shop at the local grocery store near the villa using their credit card or cash.

Sweet Spot on the Beach Reviews
We went to Jamaica to celebrate our mother’s 80th birthday with twelve family members. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by staff, who were attentive and helped us get acquainted with this gorgeous Villa. We absolutely LOVE this Villa. The owners have done an excellent job decorating it and making it feel like home. The layout of the house is good, one bedroom is downstairs and five are upstairs. All the bedrooms are spacious and uniquely
designed with upgraded amenities. Three bedrooms face the ocean with a large shared balcony that also overlooks the pool. The grounds are very large and well maintained. We loved being just a few feet from the ocean!! The pool area is large and is surrounded by covered patios and a hot tub. The staff spoiled us with great food and excellent service. We worked with the cook to plan our daily meals and she didn’t disappoint us! Most of our meals were served on the outside terrace so we could enjoy the great weather. Be sure to try her Jerk Chicken & homemade key lime pie! Our butler was fabulous and made sure our requests were well taken care of. While the staff stayed on property they were not intrusive but always available when we needed them. I highly recommend Sweet Spot and will definitely come back!

I can not say enough about Sweet Spot. I took my 4 children and their significant others for Thanksgiving and we were blown away. The house is perfect (the pictures do not do it justice) and immaculately decorated. The attention to detail was fantastic. Each bedroom decorated differently and each was beautiful in its own way, but the backyard is where it was happening...AMAZING! From the pool, to the hot tub, to the lush lawn with hammocks to the private beach the backyard is literally a second living area within this gorgeous home. While the home is amazing, what sets Sweet Spot apart is the staff who immediately made us feel at home and made an amazing vacation truly the vacation of a lifetime. Danny was there with drinks and snacks before we would even ask for them and Miss Rose's cooking was some of the most delicious food we have ever had. You can tell how much they care about the home and the guests and we left friends. We are already planning our next trip back!

Thank you for all your help. This was about the best I could possibly imagine a trip during these times. The house was everything and more than we expected, the staff was incredible, the driver the MOBAY VIP was a great perk. Miss Rose, The chef, at this house was incredible and catered to my wife’s dietary needs for type 1 diabetes. Danny, the butler, was amazing! He did anything and everything to make our trip better and make us feel more comfortable. It’s awesome to be able to get to know the staff and get a background story of theirs lives.

Greetings from cold and rainy Toronto! Got back from our wonderful vacation and wanted to reach out to thank you all for the amazing service and assistance you gave us during the booking and while we were on the island. I cannot say enough about Sweet Spot - it was absolutely perfect in every way. While it may not be the most luxurious villa it certainly was a great spot and above all the most important factor is the staff! They were outstanding - each and everyone of them, from Danny who was superb in every way to Chef Rose, an amazing cook. She is not a gourmet chef by any means but she was able to combing the local flavours with items we requested so we thoroughly enjoyed her cooking every day. Her great asset is that you do not need to tell her every day what you want, she knew our tastes after 2 days and never steered us wrong - she surprised us every day with better and better offerings! came back 3 pounds heavier!! ? ALL the staff were great, the two housekeepers and Dennis were a treat!
It is a perfect spot, either for families or for couples travelling together like we were, it is open enough so everyone has their privacy. Everything worked (internet was an issue but not sure if it was their fault or island-wide). Apparently they are going to be upgrading the internet soon - will be wired rather than wireless - hopefully that will make a difference. That is about the only fault I could find during the entire 10 days!!! Due to the Jewel Hotel next door being closed we had the beach practically to ourselves the entire time, our daily walks along the beach were a treat. The round trip transfers were good, both on time and comfortable so highly recommended. Again my thanks to all and will be in touch soon.

I wanted to again express how much my wife and I enjoyed the Sweet Spot in Jamaica. Everything was outstanding for our 30 year marriage celebration. All the staff (Rose, Danny, Sheryl, Enid, Dennis) did a tremendous job in making our stay very, very pleasant and comfortable. The food prepared by Rose was top notch and we had no complaints.
Our rooms were very well kept clean, and of course the Sweet Spot house itself was impressive. The website didn't do it justice. It was extremely nice and right on the beach. And Danny made sure that every excursion we wanted was made available. They even brought spa services to the house for our pleasure.
Again, this was a once in a lifetime experience that I can't wait to do again.

My family and I had looked forward to this vacation for almost a year. Although we had done several resorts before (Jamaica, Dominican Republic and Mexico), we had never booked a villa. The website description sounded too good to be true so naturally we were a little skeptical. But, from the first minute we walked in the door until the minute we left, the experience was everything one could hope for in a dream vacation. The staff (Dannie, Rose, Enid, Shelia and Dennis) were friendly and caring. They were always there if you needed them but at the same time knew how to make themselves almost "invisible" so that you felt like you were in your own private home! Rose cooked some of the most fantastic meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)! All of us came home a few pounds heavier! Dannie waited on us hand and foot and provided a lot of good information about Jamaica, the excursions available, the area, the history etc. We enjoyed our discussions with him. Enid and Shelia kept the rooms spotless morning and night. It amazed me how they were able
to do all their work without you even realizing they were around. And Dennis kept the pool and the grounds immaculate. Even the security guards made their presence known at night so that we always felt safe and secure!
