Eight Rivers is a charming house with a magnificent waterfront location. The Villa has a European style, decorated in calm contemporary colors. Walking through the lower level sitting area to double French doors that lead from the sitting room onto a long covered verandah, with outside dining on one end and a comfortable sitting area on the other.
There is a beautiful large pool with a sunbathing deck on three sides and wide stone steps down to a lawn, perfect for family games of football or even a wedding. A gazebo on the edge of the rocky waterfront is a haven for reading a book intimate candlelit dinners or a wedding ceremony.

The Prospect Estate is a 1,000-acre property on the north coast of Jamaica, nestled between the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea and the lush greenery of the mountains.
Prospect Estate is a short distance from the picturesque town of Ocho Rios, one mile east of the White River which separates the parishes of St. Ann and St. Mary. The Prospect Estate Villas is approximately a two-hour drive from the airport in Montego Bay and two hours from the airport in Kingston. All of the villas are located on the Estate’s waterfront with spectacular ocean views.
