Greeted on entrance by 30-foot cathedral ceilings & a tropical atrium graces the main reception area. All four bedrooms have sea views & en-suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms on the ground floor open onto the outside dining and entertainment terrace with direct access to the pool. Between bedrooms 3 & 4 there is a sitting area that can be enclosed to form a suite with a sleep sofa that can accommodate 2 extra children on request. The master bedroom is located upstairs with its private verandah, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the sunset.

This was our first villa experience in Jamaica, and it exceeded all out expectations. All the staff took care of us every single day. Mr. Devon took care of all our needs. Ms. Bev cooked all our Jamaican favorites. Donald took care of the pool every day and was very friendly. Ms. Lorraine & Ms. Violet did a wonderful job with cleaning. We enjoyed every bit of them. Mr. Norman took care of us while driving and kept us safe on the road. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.
All the staff were wonderful! I particularly must mention Devon and Beverly. They are both treasures. The accommodations were great, and I really had a wonderful time this villa. So sad to go.

Where do I even BEGIN!!! Our trip to Jamaica was absolutely amazing and it was honestly all thanks to the amazing staff at Caribbean Jewel! Traveling to Jamaica during COVID was a little bit of a challenge for me as the trip planner.
The entire staff stayed safe, socially distanced and made the whole group feel right at home. Norman was an excellent and safe driver and took us to all our destinations. Desmond was the BEST Butler. He made sure we were all taken care of! Violet and Veronica were the sweetest and made sure all of our rooms stayed nice and tidy. Ms. Beverly and her cooking, we literally decided as a group that we didn’t need to eat out at any other restaurants because they just didn’t compare to her cooking! We had the absolute best time and want to make another visit!

This was by far my gratis vacation! The Caribbean Jewel is all that anyone could ask for while on vacation. The staff was remarkable! The Butler (Jermaine) was absolutely amazing! He was extremely professional and attentive to our needs. He made us feel like we were movie stars! I would highly recommend this staff to anyone visiting Jamaica. I will be returning within the next 6 to 8 weeks.

We really enjoyed our stay. This trip to Jamaica was the first ever flight for my dad and first trip out of the country for my daughter and my brother. It was a special time for us as a family. The house and the staff exceeded our expectations. My girlfriend wanted to book the house while we were still there for next summer. We were so spoiled. I don't think we will ever stay in a hotel again. The food was great and the staff felt like family. When we returned to the US, for about a month, we all could not stop talking or thinking about our stay. We told everyone one! would like to have had a different beach experience - one that was quiet the water in a a Negril was nice, but the crowd was at little more than expected with our 11 yr old.

The villa looks exactly like the pictures! The staff is very attentive to your needs. Chef Beverly is a wonderful cook, Jermaine is the man! Awesome Butler, caretaker, and part chef. Without his wonderful personality and attention to detail, our vacation would not have been the same. The housekeepers and laundress Violet and Veronica made sure our accommodations and clothes were in pristine condition. Mr. Donald and O'Neil made certain the pool and grounds were immaculate at all times. We also met the owner of the home, she came by to introduce herself and recommended a wonderful masseuse. We were glad she did because the massages were excellent. Overall an extraordinary experience!

This was our first experience staying in a villa. And let me say it was AWESOME! We had a group of 11 including 2 families (3 kids from 10- 14, 2 college age, & 2 young adults+ the parents). There was plenty of room for everyone.

Bev the Chef was SUPER, we wanted to bring her home with us! Tyrone the Butler was excellent, Violet & Kenisha the Housekeepers were fabulous-they even did our laundry everyday! Kenisha braided my daughter's hair one evening because she asked her if she knew how. The staff really went out of
their way to make us feel comfortable. Bev's cooking was fabulous- I think our 2 favorites for dinner were the crusted red snapper & the stuffed chicken with cream cheese, for lunch- you have to have her chicken nuggets, & for breakfast- everything she fixed . We also had a driver named Norman for the week. l can't say how wonderful he was. We had a group of golfers and every morning he would be there at 7 am to take them where they wanted to go then return to take the girls where ever we wanted. Norman was always prompt, and a safe driver. We went to DUNN's River Waterfall -a
must do while in Jamaica-, then Norman took us to one of his favorite places for lunch on the way back, we had a great day!
The owner's were very easy to work with, Camille and I spoke numerous times before our trip. She answered any questions and usually with in 24 hours or less. WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND HOPE TO RETURN NEXT YEAR IF NOT BEFORE!!

Over the years, my family and I have stayed at several villas on different islands, with the majority of our stays being in Jamaica. Our recent stay at Caribbean Jewel was without a doubt one of our most memorable and treasured villa experiences we've had and don't imagine that we'll ever have many more like it.
The interior decor of the villa is warm and inviting. The unique architectural design of the villa is fascinating. One example being every bedroom (except the master) has a large entry from outdoors in addition to a traditional entrance from inside the villa to the large veranda. The master bedroom does not have this feature as it is located on the second floor but it does have a sizeable private verandah which is perfect for sunbathing , dining or simply enjoying the breathtaking
views. As we stayed in the master bedroom- we had constant access to the veranda where we had our early coffee every morning and my wife enjoyed it for her private sunbathing ritual every day.
Another great design feature is the large pool being located on a lower level than the main outdoor dining and hangout area. The kids loved this setup while they swam as it gave them a sense of separation. But in reality the pool is only a few feet away. We enjoyed the pool every day and especially at night with the outdoor music playing- something that will remain in our memories. We went to the private beach that the villa is a member of and believe me it was very private as
the first day we were there was only one couple about a hundred yards from us. And the beach seemed to be about
500 yards long. There was also a large pool almost next to the beach which we also enjoyed.
The grounds of the property are well maintained by gardener, Donald . The cuisine prepared by Beverly, the chef, was unreal. Though she isn't the most talkative individual, she is certainly not shy when it comes to her food. Her rolled chicken breast filled with cream cheese and jerk sauce was extremely tasty as well as her banana pancakes, home made rum cake and a number of other items that she spoiled us with. I joked with her that she should have her own cooking show, cook book and chain of restaurants so that the rest of the world can experience what we did. The butler was quite a delight as were the housekeeper and laundress- all of them combined were extremely pleasant- a perfect compliment to this very beautiful villa. Though this was our first stay here it will certainly not be our last!

As a mom and wife, I am always looking for vacations to suit everyone's needs. My family and I had been to Jamaica before but we always stayed in the hotels. We love the island so much and have been repeat tourists. Since Jamaica is one of our favorite places to visit, we all started talking about going back again. I decided to look into a villa this time to change things up, and boy am I glad I did! After looking at several villas online, we decided to go to Caribbean Jewel. When we arrived there, the staff treated us with open arms. We felt very special and our kids felt like celebrities! Just wanted to give some feedback about our recent stay to start the new year in Jamaica. We couldn't have had a better time. The villa was amazing with tons of space - beautifully decorated. All of the bedrooms were large with beautiful views, We spent all of our awake hours between the pool and the outside patio/living space. We ate every meal outside and relaxed, played games, read from sun up to sun down. Our traveling group consisted of two very busy families and we had an incredible time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful home-- such an incredible time, that we were hesitant to leave even on day trips.
The staff was truly amazing. They treated us so kindly-especially Jermaine who went above and beyond to figure out our personal preferences and was always there with a smile. Every morning he had coffee prepared as soon as I and the other early riser were up. He mad everyone feel so comfortable and relaxed.
I personally spent a good amount of time with Bev (grocery buddies) and miss her AND her wonderful cooking. She made so many delicious meals for us - offering suggestions or things that she thought we would like. We did not have a single thing that we did not love. Actually right now, I am daydreaming about some of her wonderful breakfasts. All the staff at the villa, including Norman, could not have been nicer to us. Everyone went above and beyond- we felt pampered like royalty. Camille also was wonderful to work with and made sure everything was set before we came and that the stay itself went perfectly. We have never been on vacation where we have felt so taken care of and where you didn't have to worry about a thing.
Our family travels a lot and we have been many places in the Caribbean for rentals, and never before have we had such a wonderful and relaxing vacation. It was better than any other rental, and much better than a resort. Hopefully this is only the first of many trips at Caribbean Jewel.

We stayed at Caribbean Jewel January 7-14th 2017. First I would have to say that the house is beautiful and matches everything advertised in the pictures. Every bedroom has a remarkable ocean view, and beautiful en suites. We were there during football (American style) playoffs and there are plenty of large flat screens in the house, and one outside, that got virtually every station you would want. The pool is beautiful and the outside living space is expansive and very very comfortable. We ate all meals with the exception of one at the beautiful outside table that would comfortably seat 12. This however is not the best part of staying at Caribbean Jewel . The staff is what makes the stay extra special. Jermaine will be your main point of contact and will see to your every need. He will be there from breakfast until after dinner and serves your drinks as well as your meals. Beverly is a wonderful cook and I recommend going with her to the grocery store when she shops, as she always has questions on your likes and dislikes and offers suggestions you may have not thought of when choosing off the menu. Beverly not only cooks great breakfast's and dinners, but is a baker and serves some delicious desserts as well. Shawna and the rest of the house staff are so friendly, warm, and engaging you almost do not want to leave the house to do your excursions. My wife stayed back twice and she said she was pampered by Jermaine while Beverly made her a hearty soup and sandwich for lunch. Don't get me wrong the staff is in no way intrusive and will be there for you as much as you please...... or not, when you need privacy. I would 100% have to recommend hiring Norman for the week as your driver. Norman is such a professional, reliable, and extra careful driver that you never feel hurried or anxious, and knows
everyone and everywhere. Last but certainly not least the owner Camille is a gem of a person and will make sure she communicates with you as many times as you need prior to your vacation. She is upfront regarding everything and there will be absolutely no surprises upon your arrival. There are no words to describe how relaxing and enjoyable this villa and its lovely staff made our multifamily vacation. It all started with the owner who, prior to the trip, made sure that every detail was taken care of. Once we arrived, the staff treated us like kings and queens and made sure our young children felt comfortable and happy. Jermaine, the butler, predicted our every need and took the lead in planning our excursions to make sure our trip was memorable. Beverly, the chef, cooked us meals that left us speechless every time. The housekeepers and the gardeners kept our belongings and surroundings always clean, neat, and looking beautiful with their extra touch. This Villa is truly awesome, All the rooms are outstanding and the pool was great. The entire staff was amazing. Especially Desmond who went out of his way to take care of everything we needed. Beverly the cook, is probably the best cook we ever had. Every meal was perfect. The chicken nuggets we had for snacks at the Super Bowl, were better than I thought Chicken nuggets could be. We were all pleasantly surprised, that they even took care of our laundry a few days during the trip. Our clothes ended up cleaned, neatly folded, and even had flowers on top of them.
lf you are going to stay here, I definitely recommend using Norman the driver. Norman took the guys to the golf course each morning and took the girls anywhere they wanted to go. Without Norman, it would have been impossible to get everything done that we did.

I booked Caribbean Jewel for my colleagues and I who were celebrating a milestone. Camille was nothing short of an absolutely fabulous host and her communication made all the organizing and pre-planning a breeze. She made sure our every question and concern was addressed prior to landing in Jamaica, and when we did in fact arrive we were more than WOWed. Caribbean Jewel is a special place. Forget the resorts - nothing could compare to this gorgeous, thoughtfully decorated home with exceptional views. And if the facilities weren't enough, the staff make it true magic. Desmond who was our'butler' and acted as chief of staff for home, catered to our every need with a smile and perpetually sunny disposition. I would come back to Caribbean Jewel in a heartbeat. The only minor inconvenience was the need to bring cash for food/alcohol, transportation and gratuity - it doesn't seem like a big deal til you realize it can amount to
$1000-$2000 (depending on your group size and activities) and the ATMs limit how much you can take out per day. Bring US dollars in advance and you should be fine ;)

Just completed my stay at the Caribbean Jewel. I came with my girlfriends to celebrate a milestone birthday in Jamaica. From the time we arrived at the villa the staff provided the best service you could ever imagine. They also created a lasting birthday memory for me with the little surprises they had prepared. Desmond, who headed the staff, catered to our every need. He was professional and polite as he served in his various roles in the villa. All we had to do was ask and Desmond ensured we were taken care of. Miss Beverly, the chef, created some of the best Caribbean food ever. Her curried chicken and shrimp were amazing. The jerk was some of the best I've ever had. Her deserts were mouth watering. The villa was beautifully appointed with unique art and decor that added to its' charm. The bedrooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean and similar to the pictures shown online. The landscaping on the property was well maintained. The property is immaculate, fantastically appointed in each en-suite bedroom. The master suite is upstairs with a private balcony that gives even better scenic views to the water. The design is very open with huge windows that meld inside with outside. There are so many wonderful siting areas to read or simply unwind.
We used a laptop with Netflix and HDMI cable to watch movies on the patio TV a couple of nights. The patio dining table is wonderful which brings me to the fantastic staff.
First, Chef Beverly does a marvelous job preparing fantastic meals. Even those in our group that aren't usually sweet eaters couldn't resist the deserts she made.
Second and second to none was our Butler Jerome or 'J' as we came to call him. Top professionalism in every aspect. The table he set for dinners was an art form. For Valentine's Day, not only did the table get special decorations, but J provided a flower to each of the ladies. Basically he made a great week even greater.
The rest of the staff were wonderful as well. Housekeeping even decorated the beds with flower petals and towel sculptures on V'Day.

My family and I attended a family member's wedding taking place at HyattZivaresort in Montego Bay in May 2017. However, instead of staying at the wedding venue, we decided to rent a villa so that my husband and I and our adult kids could all be together and it could be affordable for all. Let me just say that the experience was wonderful ! The villa is comfortable, intimate and beautifully and tastefully decorated with authentic Jamaican art. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is spacious and well thought out in terms of d6cor. My husband and I had the upstairs master bedroom that had its own private patio with a view of the ocean. What a way to start your day! You could see the ocean from the bedroom, the bathroom, even while taking a shower! The downstairs bedrooms were just as private and spacious.
My daughter had her own room and my son and his wife had a spacious bedroom and bathroom as well.
The villa is located in a lovely, safe, gated neighborhood with some of the most beautiful mansions in Montego Bay. The villa owner offers complimentary calls to the US and UK, a nice touch for out-of-towners.

They were always on hand for anything you needed, but were not intrusive. Beverly's meals were outstanding and delicious! We had our meals outdoors by the pool with a view of the ocean. Anything your heart desired, Jermaine, the butler, made sure you had it. He personally remembered anything that was said even in passing, and made sure to provide it the next day. His smile and personality made him very endearing. The way he took time to decorate the table each evening and add interesting twists to our standard menu made our meals wonderful! And when we were
going to beach and were trying to gather our beach gear, I got downstairs and the beach bag complete with towels was already packed! Violet handled the laundry and ironing effortlessly and quickly. The staff is just amazing And the owner of the villa even paid us a personal visit to make sure everything was going ok. Please, please, please rent this villa when visiting Jamaica. You will not be disappointed! I don't think I can ever stay in a regular hotel ever again. We moved on to Round Hill Hotel (a 5 star hotel) on the outskirts of Montego Bay after leaving the villa, and we wished we were still at the villa! Caribbean Jewel will see me again when I return to Montego Bay and I only hope the same staff will be there. They

Superb hospitality! Desmond was amazing, he is excellent at what he does! While Norman was pricey, he was extremely patient, accommodating, and made sure we were save at every place we went. That was important.
