Almond Hill was designed by Prince Kasimir Korybut in 1993. It was brilliantly renovated, creating a contemporary beautifully decorated home with french doors opening from all of the bedrooms to the garden and bathrooms. Almond Hill is a lovely private home located on a former 500-acre coconut plantation just 22 minutes west of Montego Bay and a five-minute drive from Round Hill where guests enjoy complimentary resort membership.

A stunning renovation has created the all-new design of picture-perfect bedrooms and modern en-suite bathrooms. Notable are two outdoor showers, one off the master bedroom, and another by the pool.
Tall library shelves in the high-ceilinged living room house an abundance of books, movies, cable television, and a 6-speaker sound system. Bring your favorite DVDs and enjoy Almond Hill’s outdoor movie theater. Your staff can serve popcorn and ice cream for a fun evening!
Down a gentle slope, a few steps from the house is the large private pool. Its poolside gazebo is a favorite spot for shaded lunches and private laptop time.
Perhaps best of all is Almond Hill's design around the comfy verandah ~ cooled by trade winds and located for its superb view nine miles across the sea to the harbor and town of Montego Bay. A haven for reading and napping, afternoon tea, and conversation, the verandah is most memorable for wonderful candlelight dinners served here with the romance of distant lights of the town and cruise ships reflecting on the bay.
While extraordinarily private behind its iron entrance gates and not actually within Round Hill proper, Almond Hill is situated in the Round Hill Estate, a five-minute drive from the Round Hill gatehouse, hotel, beach club, and excellent Continental restaurant. Each week, two themed beach party buffets welcome Almond Hill guests for various fees.
If you left your pets behind while you take a vacation, be advised that Almond Hill is home to some lovable family dogs who are granted free run of the house and grounds but can be kept away if you require!

Master Bedroom
King-size bed, stunning en-suite bathroom with double marble vanities, oversize bathtub, large open rainfall shower, and French doors to a walled garden and very private outdoor shower. Round Hill Membership
A special amenity available to guests in this villa is membership at Round Hill just minutes from the villa and one of the finest private resorts on Jamaica's North Coast. Round Hill offers a beach, pool, chaise lounges, towels, jogging trail, gift shop, logo shop, library with computer, bar, afternoon tea, Wednesday Manager's Cocktail Party, basketball court, tennis courts, and unforgettable long sunsets from the waterfront terrace. Guests must check in at the front desk on thier first visit before enjoying the amenities at Round Hill. Round Hill will close from September 3 to October 10, 2024, for seasonal maintenance and reopen on October 11, 2024.
Additional Amenities (fee required):
- Kids’ Club: The cost for Pineapple Kid’s Club is US$27.50 daily per child. Children three years to twelve years old. Children zero to three years old same cost but must be accompanied by a nanny. The hours of the Club are 9 am-5 pm. Lunch is not included (parents collect children for lunch).
- Gym: $50 per person per day for any guests in Round Hill Villas or villas with Round Hill membership (this fee should be paid at the front desk before using the gym)

Within walking distance yet also quite private, pairing the two will create nine bedrooms, two swimming pools, and a combined staff of thirteen. We enjoyed our stay at Almond Hill. The staff is very professional. The house is immaculate, beautiful, in style and so well-kept.

Having booked Jamaica Villas frequently over the past 15 years, I am always impressed with the level of service. Staff are always friendly and accommodating - we never want for anything.
This was our first stay at Almond Hill, but it will not be our last. We previously stayed often at Goat Hill and we come to think of it as our second home. Now that the door has closed for us, we are thrilled to have found a new home away from home!! We will be back!

The villa is a true retreat set in paradise - beautifully laid out, excellent for a family get-together or for a group of friends. We traveled with 2 small children (ages 2 and 4) and we found it very easy and relaxing with the kids: lots of space to run around, a lovely pool and grounds that are well maintained. Outside the villa you are in the heart of a small Jamaican farm with chickens, goats, peacocks, cows, horses and very friendly locals. We did daily strolls and spent time with the farmers enjoying their laid back lifestyle. Access to the Round hill resort was a bonus - they have a nice beach and decent restaurants (although we much preferred the food prepared by chef Tracy at the villa). We enjoyed the walk to Round hill which is about 20 minutes (lots of uphill). The villa has lovely, hardworking and organized staff. They are always there for you, but never intrusive. Lots of attention to detail in all daily functions (like daily changing floral arrangements and tableware). A very well run operation. Thank you Tracey, Oleen, Gemma, Kenneth and Matthew for this unforgettable holiday and everything you did to make us feel so special and welcomed. We will be back.
