The state-of-the-art kitchen features granite countertops, 48" Sub-Zero refrigerator, 48" Wolf stove with warming drawer, Sub-Zero wine cooler, KitchenAid microwave, dishwasher and Hoshiski ice maker. Just outside are a gas/electric BBQ grill for fabulous meals of jerk chicken, jerk pork, lobster and steaks.

An inside dining area adjoins the living room. But most guests opt for the shaded verandah for home-cooked breakfasts, lunches and dinners. This comfy furnished verandah is also the gathering spot for drinks and hors d`oeuvres as the sun sets over the point just beyond Beach House beach. The covered beach cabana is ideal for private couples' massages and romantic candlelight dinners by the sea. If you wish to dine away from the villa one evening, The Houseboat is just five minutes away and offers an excellent menu on a floating restaurant with a wonderful view over the water.

Beach House water sports equipment is complimentary ~ and there's loads of it! Swim and snorkel out to the reef. Grab a rum punch and take the Kayaks around the point for glorious sunsets. Then refresh in Beach House's own private pool. The beach is soft, the swimming water is wonderful. For an additional fee pickup on beach can be arranged for water skiing, parasailing scuba diving or excursions to the sand bar. Nearby are golf, tennis, rafting, mountain biking, sailing, sport fishing, diving and much more for the sports-minded.

All three upstairs bedrooms open to a central hallway so parents and children have easy access to each other.

Upstairs

Master Bedroom
King-size bed, 32" television, large en-suite bathroom with glass-door walk-in shower and deep-soaking tub. Suite opens to private balcony overlooking the lagoon.

King-size bed, 37" LCD television, en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3
Optional king-size or twin beds and en-suite bathroom, 37" LCD television, large walk-in closet and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 4
Queen-size bed, television, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Downstairs

Family Room with 42" LCD TV and Home Theater Stereo System and sofa bed. Additionally two air mattresses are available.

All bedrooms feature state-of-the-art quiet remote control air conditioning. However, in many months, guests may choose to leave windows and balcony doors open as they fall asleep to the lull of waves lapping on the beach. This is the magic of the Beach House.

Our sister house to the Beach House is Calypso Shores, just 2 doors away and also four bedrooms on the beach.

Government Consumption Tax of 9% must be applied to the villa rental rate.
